I switched doctors and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and celiac. So, from then on, I dug deep into functional medicine & holistic research and found out the root causes of what was really ailing me with my lingering symptoms and got back to my best self and have made it my mission to help women like you!

After two decades working in traditional healthcare, that can limit a dietitian's approach on how you help people, I went back to my functional, holistic & natural roots.
